MULTIVERSE

BEANS REBRAND

Fledgling gardening and cultivation brand Multiverse Beans was in dire need of a brand refresh following an explosive and unexpected growth in popularity. Our comprehensive brand strategy involved a complete overhaul, carefully considering existing brand equity and the incredibly discerning nature of what can only be described as the brand’s “cult following.”

EXISTING BRANDING

Gregg the Alien was the cornerstone of the Multiverse Beans brand, but there wasn’t much else to define MVB.

UPDATED BRANDING

We leaned into cultivation and the comic to elevate a brand focused on nurturing growers and opening minds.

GREGG, REBORN

Beloved alien mascot, Gregg, was given new life alongside Multiverse Bean’s visual brand identity.

AD COLLATORAL

Paired with the rebrand was a sweeping advertising strategy, complete with deep platform research.

Paired with the rebrand was a long-term design commitment focused on embracing the counter-culture at the heart of Multiverse Beans' customer base. Stickers, or "slaps," are a cornerstone of this cultivation community, so we created a long series of release-specific labels and freebies to excite a dedicated MVB fandom.
